Comments:

A monitoring inspection was initiated on 12/28/2021 and concluded on 12/29/2021. The Regional Director was met at the facility to initiate the inspection. The inspector made an onsite inspection to the physical location. COVID-19 protocol measures were in place and followed by the licensee. After clearing the COVID-19 questions and protocol and inspection was initiated. The inspector reviewed the current license and the previously posted inspections. The Regional Director and the HR Director discussed that there were no agency or program changes during the entrance conference. The Licensing Inspector discussed the current census and requested items required to complete during the documentation review portion of the inspection. The Regional Director reported a current census of Thirty-Two (32) approved foster care home, Fourteen (14) foster children in care and four (4) new homes since the previous inspection. One (1) foster child in care record and One (1) foster child discharge record was reviewed during this inspection. Five (5) foster care homes were reviewed, Two (2) foster care home background checks only were reviewed, and Two (2) closed foster care homes were reviewed. There were Four (4) new staff members since the last inspection. An exit interview was conducted with the Regional Director and the HR Director on the date of the inspection, where findings were reviewed and an opportunity was given for questions, as well as for providing any information or documentation which was not available during the inspection. The information gathered during the inspection determined that were no violations of non-compliance(s) with applicable standards or law. The Regional Director and HR Director were both available to address any questions.
