Number of approved provider homes: (15) Number of children in care: (24) The licensing inspector completed a tour of the physical plant that included the office setting and conditions. Number of children?s records reviewed: (2) and (1) discharge record Number of provider home records reviewed: (2) and (1) closed foster home record. Number of staff records reviewed: (1) new staff. Board of Directors: (1) Observations by licensing inspector: posting of the license and inspection documents was observed. An exit meeting was conducted on the date of inspection. There were no changes made to the policies or procedures since the last inspection. The evidence gathered during the inspection determined (0) violations with applicable standard(s) or law.
