Comments:

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia. An announced mandated monitoring inspection was conducted on 12/11/2020 and 12/14/2020. The Executive Director responded to the notice of inspection and remained available during the inspection. The agency reported 9 children in placement and 26 approved provider homes. The agency reported no new staff since the last inspection. The inspector reviewed one (1) child and five (5) provider home records. The Executive Director participated in the exit interview. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
