Comments:

An unannounced focused inspection in response to a serious incident report submitted by the child placing agency was initiated on 6/17/2021 and concluded on 6/24/2021. The Director responded to the notice of inspection and was available during inspection. The agency reported 10 children in placement and 26 approved provider homes. The inspector reviewed one (1) child record and one (1) provider home record. An exit interview was conducted on 6/24/2021 with the Director and two (2) Treatment Foster Care Caseworkers where findings were reviewed and an opportunity was given for questions as well as providing any information or documentation which was not available during the inspection. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
