An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 8/23/2022 from 9:45 am to 1:15 pm.
The agency reports a total of 6 children in care and 6 approved provider homes. During this inspection, 1 child record, 1 provider home record and 1 staff record was reviewed. Two employees were interviewed during the inspection.
An exit meeting was conducted to review the inspection findings on 08/23/2022 with the Program Director/Regional Manager, Program Supervisor,Chief Engagement Officer, and the Chief Quality Officer .
The evidence gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standard(s) or law. The inspection summary will be posted to the VDSS website within five (5) business days of your receipt of the inspection summary.
