An unannounced monitoring inspection was completed on May 26, 2022 from 10:15 am to 2:20 pm. A total of 15 children are placed and a 9 approved provider homes.
Two children?s records were reviewed and one provider home was reviewed. Two staff were interviewed during the inspection.
The evidence gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standard(s) or law. The inspection summary will be posted to the VDSS website within five (5) business days of your receipt of the inspection summary.
An exit meeting was conducted on 5/26/2022 to review the inspection findings.
