Comments:

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia. An announced mandated monitoring inspection was conducted on 1/19/2021. The Director of Independent Living (Director of IL) was contacted by email to initiate the inspection. The Director of IL responded to the notice of inspection and provided requested records. The agency reported ten (10) youth in placement. The inspector reviewed one (1) youth record and four (4) personnel records. An exit interview was conducted with the Director of IL on 1/19/2021. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
