Comments:

A monitoring inspection was initiated on 9/07/2021 and concluded on 9/08/2021. The Assistant Director was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. The inspector emailed the Assistant Director a list of items required to complete the remote documentation review portion of the inspection. The agency reported a current census of nine (9) youth in placement. The inspector reviewed one (1) youth and three (3) staff records. An exit interview was conducted with the Assistant Director and Program Manager on the date of inspection, where findings were reviewed and an opportunity was given for questions, as well as for providing any information or documentation which was not available during the inspection. The information gathered during the inspection determined there was no non-compliance(s) with applicable standards or law.
