Comments:

A renewal inspection was conducted on 1/18/2022 and 1/19/2022. The Assistant Director was contacted and participated in the entrance conference. The agency reported a current census of eight (8) youth in placement. The inspector reviewed one (1) youth and two (2) personnel records. Background checks for board officers and 50% of personnel records have been reviewed during the license period. An exit interview was conducted with the Assistant Director and Program Manager on the date of inspection, where findings were reviewed and an opportunity was given for questions, as well as for providing any information or documentation which was not available during the inspection. The information gathered during the inspection determined there was no non-compliance(s) with applicable standards or law.
