An onsite monitoring inspection was conducted on 5/5/2022 from 9:50 a.m. to 10:10 a.m. The Program Manager participated in the entrance conference and tour of the office. The agency reported a current census of nine (9) youth in placement. The office setting was inspected and posting of the license was observed. An exit interview was conducted with the Sr. Program Manager on the date of inspection, where findings were reviewed and an opportunity was given for questions, as well as for providing any information or documentation which was not available during the inspection.
The information gathered during the inspection determined there was no non-compliance(s) with applicable standards or law.
