A monitoring inspection was completed on August 23, 2022 at Catholic Charities of Eastern Virginia (CCEVA), located in Newport News, Virginia. This office houses the closed records for all the Virginia licensed offices of CCEVA. On occasion, child-placing activities occur at this location but no active client and family records are retained here. The physical office was inspected and is in compliance with 22VAC40-131-50. The agency's license and results of the most recent licensing inspection were posted near the agency's entrance, in compliance with 22VAC40-131-50. A copy of the agency's policies and procedures were available for review, if requested. An exit meeting was conducted with the Director of Community and Financial Services on 8/23/2022. The evidence gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standard(s) or law. The inspection summary will be posted to the VDSS website within five (5) business days of your receipt of the inspection summary.
