A monitoring inspection was initiated on 5/31/2024 and hybrid inspection form was emailed to facility and monitoring inspection completed on 6/3/2024. The Executive Director was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. The inspector emailed the Executive Director a list of items required to complete the remote documentation review portion of the inspection. The inspector reviewed documentation from (1) closed adoption record submitted by the facility to ensure documentation was complete. An exit interview was conducted with the Executive Director on 6/7/2024, where findings were reviewed and an opportunity was given for questions, as well as for providing any information or documentation which was not available during the inspection.

The Executive Director was accessible by phone for the inspection and the exit meeting was conducted on 6/7/2024 via TEAMS.
This office houses the closed records for all the Virginia licensed offices of CCEVA. On occasion, child-placing activities occur at this location, but no active client and family records are retained here.
