Comments:

An unannounced monitoring inspection was completed at approximately 9:15 a.m. to 3:50 p.m. on August 12, 2019 and on August 13, 2019 from 10:10 am to 12:45 p.m at the Chester office. At the time of the inspection, twenty four children were in care and forty two approved provider homes. During this inspection, three foster children records and five provider home records were reviewed. Background checks for three additional provider homes were reviewed and six personnel records were reviewed. An exit interview was conducted with the director of foster care and adoption and the foster care supervisor on 8/13/19 at 12:25 pm to discuss inspection findings. There were no citations for violation of the Standards for Child-Placing Agencies.
