Comments:

An unannounced monitoring inspection was completed on 11/13/2019 from 9:45 a.m. to 2:15 p.m. The licensee reports eight children in foster care and ten approved provider homes. There were three new hires since the last inspection. During this inspection one foster child, four foster home, and four personnel records were reviewed. A Family Consultant Trainee participated in the entrance conference as was available during the inspection. The Program Supervisor was available during the inspection and participated in the exit interview. The Director, Regional Director, Documentation Manager, and Family Consultant also participated in the exit interview. An exit interview was completed from 1:45 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. Inspection documents were completed, signed, and left with the agency at the end of the inspection. There were no citations for violations of the Standards for Child-Placing Agencies.
