An unannounced focused inspection was initiated on 2/14/2022 from 10:30 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. onsite. The inspection was in response to a self-reported incident submitted to the Licensing Inspector on 1/31/2022 regarding an injury to a foster child. An entrance conference was completed with a Documentation Specialist. The agency reported a census of 11 children in placement. One foster child record and one foster home record were reviewed. A casework trainee was interviewed. The agency submitted a report of their internal policy review findings and actions taken as a result of the findings on 2/16/2022. The Licensing Inspector contacted the Treatment Foster Care Director on 2/16/2022 regarding actions taken. The inspection concluded on 2/23/2022. An exit interview was conducted by phone with the Treatment Foster Care Director where an opportunity was given for questions and discussion. There were no citations for violations of the Standards for Licensed Child Placing Agencies.
