Comments:

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on 2/26/2020 from 11:45 a.m. to2:45 p.m. and 2/28/2020 from 10:15 a.m. to 12:20 p.m. The agency reported 22 children in foster care and 14 approved provider homes. During this inspection three (3) child, two (2) provider home, and four (4) personnel records were reviewed. An additional 13 personnel files were reviewed during the license period. Background checks for all Board Officers have been reviewed during the current fiscal year. A Regional Director and Foster Care Supervisor participated in the entrance conference and remained available during the inspection. Another Foster Care Supervisor was available during inspection and participated in the exit interview. The Director, Documentation Manager, and a Documentation Specialist participated in the exit interview. The exit interview was conducted on 2/28/2020 from 12:00 p.m. to 12:20 p.m. An acknowledgment of inspection form was signed and a copy left with the agency at the end of the inspection. There were no citations for violations of the Standards for Child-Placing Agencies.
