Comments:

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia. An announced monitoring inspection was conducted on 11/4/2020 and 11/5/2020. The Director responded to the notification of inspection, provided access to records, and remained available during inspection. The agency reported 16 children in foster care and 13 approved provider homes. During this inspection two (2) child, two (2) provider home, and one (1) personnel records were reviewed. The Director, Regional Supervisor, Client Operations Manager, Foster Care Supervisor, Documentation Manager, Documentation Supervisor, Family Services Specialist Supervisor, and Foster Family Trainer Supervisor participated in the exit interview on 11/5/2020. There were no citations for violations of the Standards for Child-Placing Agencies.
