Comments:

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia. An announced renewal inspection was initiated on 3/10/2021 and concluded on 3/11/2021. The agency reported 12 children in foster care and 10 approved provider homes. During this inspection two (2) foster child and two (2) provider home records were reviewed. Background checks for two (2) staff were reviewed. The agency?s COVID-19 policies and procedures were reviewed. The Treatment Foster Care (TFC) Director responded to the notice of inspection, provided access to records, and remained available during the inspection. The TFC Director, TFC Regional Supervisor, TFC Sr. Client Operations Manager, Sr. Manager of Foster Care Administration, Admissions Manager, Family Services Specialist Supervisor, TFC Supervisor, Foster Family Training Supervisor, Family Services Specialist Senior Manager, Sr. Documentation Specialist, and TFC Sr. Family Consultant participated in the exit interview on 3/11/2021. There were no citations for violations of the Standards for Child-Placing Agencies.
