A mandated monitoring inspection was conducted on 5/5/2022 from 10:45 a.m. to 2:30p.m. An entrance conference was conducted with the Sr. Client Operations Manager and Treatment Foster Care Supervisor. A tour of the office was conducted for inspection of the office setting and conditions. The agency reported a current census of 10 foster children in placement and 11 approved provider homes. The inspector reviewed one (1) foster child and two (2) foster home records. No new staff were hired since the last inspection. An exit interview was conducted on the date of inspection with the Treatment Foster Care Director, Sr. Client Operations Manager, Treatment Foster Care Supervisor, Documentation Specialist, Treatment Foster Care Regional Supervisor, Sr. Manager of Foster Care Administration, Family Services Supervisor, Sr. Manager of Pre-Service, an Intern, and Sr. Manager of Family Services. During the exit interview findings were reviewed and an opportunity was given for questions, as well as for providing any information or documentation which was not available during the inspection. The information gathered during the inspection determined no non-compliance(s) with applicable standards or law. Violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the facility.
