Licensing inspector discussed the requirements for 2VAC40-131-290-M with the program manager during the exit interview.

Comments:

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia. An announced monitoring inspection was initiated on 04/27/2021 and concluded on 04/29/2021. The program manager was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. The inspector emailed the program manager a list of items required to complete the inspection. The agency reports 18 children in care and 11 approved provider homes. The inspector reviewed 2 children records, 2 provider home records, and 2 staff records. One staff was interviewed. The program manager was available throughout the inspection to answer questions. An exit interview was conducted by telephone on 04/29/2021 at approximately 2:25 pm with the program manager. The information gathered during the inspection determined compliance with applicable standards or laws and no violations were issued.
