An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 05/04/2022 from 10:45 am to 3:25 pm. The agency reports 11 approved provider homes and 23 children placed for foster care services.
Three childrens records and 3 provider home records were reviewed. One staff was interviewed during the inspection.
The program manager was available throughout the inspection. The program director and program manager participated in the exit interview to discuss inspection findings, which commenced at 3:15 pm on 5/4/2022.
An acknowledgement for was left with the program manage on 5/4/2022. There were no citations for violation of the Standards for Licensed Child-Placing Agencies.
