This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia. An announced monitoring inspection was conducted on 5/12/2021. The agency reported eight (8) children in foster care and five (5) approved provider homes. During this inspection one (1) child and one (1) provider home records were reviewed. The Director responded to the notice of inspection, provided access to records, and remained available during the inspection. The TFC Director, Regional Supervisor, Sr. Client Operations Manager, Sr. Manager of Foster Care, Admissions Manager, Sr. Manager of Family Services, TFC Supervisor, TFC Senior Family Consultant, FC Foster Family Training Supervisor, and TFC Senior Documentation Specialist participated in the exit interview. There were no citations for violations of the Standards for Child-Placing Agencies.
