Comments:

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 11/29/2021 from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. The Licensing Inspector contacted the Treatment Foster Care Director and conducted a COVID pre-screening prior to the inspection. The agency reported ten (10) children in foster care and seven (7) approved provider homes. One new staff member was hired since the last inspection. During this inspection one (1) foster child, two (2) provider home, and one (1) personnel records were reviewed. One Staff member was interviewed. A Regional Supervisor and Caseworker participated in the entrance conference and remained available during the inspection. An exit interview was conducted with the Treatment Foster Care Director, two Regional Supervisors, Sr. Client Operations Manager, Sr. Manager of Foster Care, Admissions Manager, Sr. Manager of Family Services, Treatment Foster Care Senior Family Consultant, Foster Family Training Supervisor, Treatment Foster Care Supervisor, and two Caseworkers. Findings were reviewed and staff were provided the opportunity to provide documentation. There were no citations for violations of the Standards for Child-Placing Agencies.
