Provider Homes Children's Services Background Checks Treatment Foster Care Personnel Organization and Administration

Comments:

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on 4/26/2022 from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. The agency reported nine (9) children in foster care and six (6) approved provider homes. No new staff member were hired since the last inspection. During this inspection one (1) foster child, one (1) provider home, and three (3) personnel records were reviewed. One (1) staff member was interviewed. Background checks for board officers were reviewed during the license period. The office setting was inspected. During the license period 50% of personnel records were inspected. A Treatment Foster Care (TFC) Senior Family Consultant participated in the entrance conference and remained available during the inspection. A preliminary findings review was conducted, where findings were reviewed and staff were provided the opportunity to ask questions and provide additional documentation, with the TFC Director, two (2) TFC Regional Supervisors, Family Consultant, Sr. Client Operations Manager, Sr. Manager of Foster Care Administration, Admissions Manager, TFC Senior Family Consultant, TFC Supervisor, and TFC Documentation Supervisor. An acknowledgement of inspection was completed and left. An exit interview was conducted with the TFC Director by phone on 4/27/2022. There were no citations for violations of the Standards for Child-Placing Agencies.
