An unannounced focused inspection was conducted on 4/26/2022 from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. in response to a self-reported incident related to behavior support and crisis intervention, foster home training and development, and intake and acceptance of a foster child. A Treatment Foster Care (TFC) Senior Family Consultant participated in the entrance conference and remained available during the inspection. The agency reported nine (9) children in foster care and six (6) approved provider homes. During this inspection one (1) foster child and one (1) provider home record were reviewed. One (1) staff member was interviewed. An exit interview was conducted on the date of inspection, where findings were reviewed and staff were provided the opportunity to ask questions and provide additional documentation, with the TFC Director, two (2) TFC Regional Supervisors, Family Consultant, Sr. Client Operations Manager, Sr. Manager of Foster Care Administration, Admissions Manager, TFC Senior Family Consultant, TFC Supervisor, and TFC Documentation Supervisor. An acknowledgement of inspection was completed and left. There were no citations for violations of the Standards for Child-Placing Agencies.
