Type of inspection: Monitoring An unannounced inspection was completed on 1/25/2023 from 11:15 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. The Acknowledgement of Inspection form was signed and left at the facility for each date of the inspection. Additional Comments/Discussion: The licensing inspector completed a tour of the physical plant that included the office setting and conditions. A preliminary findings review was conducted 1/25/23. An exit meeting was conducted on 1/26/23 with the TFC Program Director. The evidence gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standard(s) or law. The inspection summary will be posted to the VDSS website within five (5) business days of your receipt of the inspection summary.
