Comments:

A monitoring inspection was initiated on 6/2/2024 and concluded on 6/3/2024 (two inspections were conducted on these dates). The Director was contacted by email to initiate the inspection. The Director reported that the current census was six. A list of documents required to complete the inspection were provided to the Director. One child, one provider home, and two personnel records were reviewed as provided by the agency. An exit interview was conducted on 6/3/2024 where findings were reviewed and an opportunity was given for questions, as well as for providing any information or documentation which was not available during the inspection. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
