An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on 8/4/2022 from 10:25 am to 2:15 pm. The agency reports a total of 16 children in care and 12 approved provider homes. During this inspection, 2 children records, 2 provider home records and 2 staff records were reviewed. Background checks for 3 corporate board officers were reviewed. One employee was interviewed during the inspection. An exit meeting was conducted to review the inspection findings on 08/4/2022 with the TFC Program Manager and Quality Control Manager. The evidence gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standard(s) or law.
