A non-mandated self-report inspection was initiated on 7/19/2021 and concluded on 7/21/2021. A self-report was received by the department that included information of allegations that a provider home did not adhere to acceptable discipline methods. The Executive Director was contacted by telephone to initiate the investigation. The licensing inspector emailed the Executive Director the inspection document to request access to records to complete the investigation. One provider home and three foster child records were reviewed. An exit interview was conducted with the Executive Director, Recruiter/Trainer, and a caseworker on 7/21/2021.
The evidence gathered during the investigation did not support the self-report of non-compliance with standards or law.
