Comments:

An announced, mandated initial inspection was completed on February 19, 2020 from 11:05 AM ? 12:08 PM. This is an initial inspection in response to a new application for licensure. In compliance with licensing requirements for an initial application, the background checks for corporate board officers and agents of the corporation, personnel records, the agency's policies and procedures and the agency's program statement were reviewed. The physical office was inspected and is in compliance with 22VAC40-131-50. The Treatment Foster Care program manager and Norton child-placing supervisor were available for the inspection and interview. An exit meeting was held at the conclusion of the inspection. An acknowledgement form was provided. There were no violations as a result of this initial inspection
