Comments:

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia. A initial inspection was initiated on 9/01/2020 when the agency submitted an initial application for a license to operate a Child-Placing Agency. The inspection was concluded on 10/07/2020. The Program Director was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. The inspector emailed the Program Director a list of items required to complete the inspection. The inspector reviewed the program statement, policies and procedures, and documents from 3 personnel records submitted by the agency. Background checks for 1 corporate officer and 1 agent were also reviewed in compliance with regulations regarding initial applications. At the remote site inspection, the office space and locked filing cabinets were observed to be in compliance with the regulations. An exit interview was conducted on 10/07/20 with the Program Director. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
