An unannounced monitoring was conducted on 5/4/2022 from 9:05 a.m. to 12:55 p.m. An entrance conference as completed with the Program Director. The Program Director reported a census of one (1) foster child in placement and three (3) approved foster homes. The inspector reviewed one (1) foster child and three (3) foster home records.
An exit interview was conducted with the Program Director on the date of inspection, where findings were reviewed and an opportunity was given for questions, as well as for providing any information or documentation which was not available during the inspection.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
