Comments:

An unannounced mandated renewal inspection was completed on 12/09/21. The on site inspection on 12/09/21 took place from from 9:30 am until 2:00 pm. The agency currently has 1 foster family approved and 1 foster child placed in their program. The Director of Training and Implementation and the Director of Placement and Prevention (in training) were present for the inspection and the exit interview at the end of the day. 1 foster home record was reviewed and 1 foster child record was reviewed. 3 Personnel records were reviewed. Background checks for four corporate officers and 2 agents were also reviewed. There were no citations for violations of the Standards for Child Placing Agencies.
