Type of inspection: Monitoring An unannounced monitoring inspection was held on 1/25/24 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:10 p.m. A preliminary findings review and exit were held on the same date. The Acknowledgement of Inspection form was provided via e-mail. Number of children in care: 0 Number of approved provider homes: 0 The licensing inspector completed a tour of the physical plant that included the office setting and conditions.
