Comments:

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on February 10, 2022 from 10:05 am to 12:30 pm at the Hampton location. The licensee reports a total of zero (0) foster children in care at this location. The licensee reports a total of zero (0) active foster homes for this location. There were zero (0) newly hired staff since the last inspection. The following is a list of activities for this inspection: 1.Three (3) staff records reviewed 2.Foster Home applicant listing reviewed 3.Policy and Procedures reviewed 4.Inspection of the physical plant completed Staff were available for the exit interview which commenced at approximately 12:00 p. m. on February 10, 2022 at the Hampton location. An acknowledgement form was signed and left with the licensee at this time. There were no citations for violation of Standards for Licensed Child-Placing Agencies. The licensee should retain a copy to be posted at the facility. Results of the inspection are subject to public disclosure and will be posted on the Virginia Department of Social Services public web site within five business days, regardless of whether or not the Plan of Correction is completed.
