Type of inspection: Monitoring An unannounced, non-mandated monitoring inspection was completed on 1/10/24. The inspector was on site at the facility from 11:15 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. A preliminary findings review was held on this date. An acknowledgement of inspection form was emailed on 1/11/24.
