Type of inspection: Renewal Date(s) of inspection and time the licensing inspector was on-site at the facility for each day of the inspection: 5/7/2024 from 10:30a.m. to 3:45 p.m. and the exit meeting was completed on the same day. The Licensing Inspector met with the CEO for the entrance of the inspection. The Licensing Inspector toured the office setting to ensure it was in compliance with the standards.
